whew....! Having a 14 hours of travel from Abu Dhabi to Sydney causes me to file sick leave after this tour. But I never regret this tour. I had so much fun until our last minute in Sydney. I also met my high school friend (who's working at Sydney, who treat us at dinner and movie) and I also met the younger sister(who is my colleague)of one of the famous stars/artists in Manila, Dennis Trillo.

A short trip where we started in Sydney, then flew in to Cairns and drove all the way to Cooktown and back, did a liveaboard on the Great Barrier Reef then flew back to Sydney.

Before our trip I did a bit of asking around Perth for people’s opinions about Sydney. The general consensus was that it’s not so great – too busy and hectic.   And yes, it’s difficult to avoid the feeling that life is a lot faster paced here … something that folks from a slee…

Sydney and k l maylay is a great place to visit. I would love to go back in the near future . I'm heading back in )* to ausi land and seeing other parts as well.

our trip to Australia from August 30 till October 15...

Spent a year abroad travelling and working in the Land Down Under. When I left Canada I knew only this about Austalia: I would land in Sydney, there was a huge rock in the middle, Darwin was the hottest City there and the east coast would be the place to PARTY! After 1 year there and another trip back, I have discovered so much about Australia. This is just some tips and pieces of advice for getting an ideas of what's out there. I'm hoping to log some fond memories on another blog!

After visiting family 2 times we took the step to organise an eastcoast tour, starting at Darwin to finish in Melbourne (during the Formula One races in Albert Park).

I have to say goodbye to Australia now.  There is so much to see and do here and I just scratched the surface of one city!  I'm at the airport waiting to continue my journey.  Next stop:  Bali (via Singapore).

Finding Victoria. Many countries across the globe have honoured Her Majesty Queen Victoria and the Commonwealth. On my travels I will keep my eye out for various namesakes.

I got to visit Sydney and Adelaide in May of 2007. I had an awesome time and will most definitely make it back someday. Check out the pics..
