Swis International Air (Swiss Air)
Swis International Air (Swiss Air) Zurich Reviews
Not bad Apr 14, 2011
About this company finally I fly with them in intercontinental flight:
ZRH-DEL(Economy) and DEL-ZRH(bussiness) both on Airbus A330-200
-Entertainment: VOD, not bad selection of films, but the phones were really bad I have to ask twice for remplacing because they didn't work. The good thing is that they have an USB conection, but only can read music and PDF, I hope that soon they could work with movies also!!
-Food: Average to poor
-Toilets: Only 2 for almost 200pax, terrible
Business (I was upgraded yai!)
-Seat: Ok but in bed mode is still too hard
-Entertainment: Almost the same like in Economy
-Food: Poor, for Business they have to provide something better
-Night Kit: Complete: socks, ear taps, pillow, eye mask, 1 bottle of water...
-Toilet: 2 for 40 passengers is more than enough

My Review of Swiss Air - My Thoughts Jun 27, 2009
Swiss Air is rated as one of the best airlines in the world. I flew with them once going from Athens, Greece to Zurich, Switzerland.
On boarding the plane, my experience at the ticket counter, was quite positive and nothing negative to report.
On board the plane, it was clean and seat was comfortable. During the flight the airline gives you some Swiss chocolate, which was really nice.
The attendants were very warm and friendly, and service was fast and efficient.
Flight was smooth and landing was safe and quick.
Overall I recommend them to anyone. As they are the best airline in the world. No complaints.

Over the Alps on Swiss Air Mar 10, 2009
Frankfurt to Zurich in economy class on Swiss Air was quite impressive. Very good Swiss service with nothing amiss. A lot of pleasantries from the hostesses who had genuine non-professional smiles to warm the hearts of the passengers they were serving. The plane was full and it still felt spacious, Pilot greeted passangers in three different languages (German, French and English. We were served with drinks including tea and coffee with accompanments. In all a pleasant flight but a little on the expensive side.
