Susina Bakery & Cafe Travel Reviews

Charming little bakery right across from Angelini Osteria. We had dinner at Angelini, then went to Susina for dessert. The only items we sampled were the Italian cookies (they sell a variety of tiny cookies, $20 for a pound), but you can just select a few and mix and match. The almond biscotti and raspberry filled cookie were definitely my favorite out of the bunch. Didn't get a chance to try any of the cakes on display, but most of them looked delicious. There is a small seating area in the back which seems good for relaxing with a friend.

Susina is awesome - you can sit for hours and they don't bother you. Best treats are the berry blossom cake (similar to sweet lady jane's triple berry, but susina's cake is more moist and they have crunchy pieces of meringue on the cake), cupcakes (special order only), choc croissant.

Many might consider this place a "hole in the...
