Sushi Tei

There are a lot of Japanese food restaurants in any of Jakarta malls and dining venues. One of them is Sushi Tei, which has 5 branches in Jakarta. This restaurant was crowded with people although we came there around 3 pm, which wasn't really a normal lunch time. We have to wait for sometime before seated in the Japanese Kaiten (conveyor belt). This place is good and bad, because we can just pick any type of dishes passing in front of us but then it will be very difficult to control and limit what to eat, and within a short time we only realized that we have high pile of empty plates besides us!
They had a tuna event special with some menu from tuna, which we select one of them.
We ordered:
- selection of sashimi - tuna, salmon and yello tailed fish.
- tuna carpacio with sweet soya sauce
- fusion sushi with tuna and mayonaise
- normal sushi with some salmon in the middle
- fried small squid
- rice with smoked eel.
For the drink they also has 3 or 4 different beers, sake and wine, but we stick to hot green tea - refillable!
