mediocre AYCE sushi Apr 17, 2011
It's just A-Right, over-priced for what you get. I'd still rather go to Yama Sushi down the road.

Cheaper and better quality!

The names on the menu is not as cool! You know that's really important, Being cool! especially in vegas! The rice on the sushi was cold and hard, not sure what that's all about. The fish was ok, nothing spetacular. The best one on the menu was the Salmon Sushi, you have to get that!

$22.95 for lunch is a bit steep for what I got...

You'll find a few dozen all you can eat sushi bars here in town but the for the freshest fish and genuine Japanese atmosphere, this is the spot.

There are two locations, hit the one on Sahara Blvd. One in Henderson doesn't do it for me. Going to a Japanese Sushi place and having a Korean (I'm Korean), Filipino, Caucasian waitresses.. Hispanic sushi chefs just seems a bit odd.

Price is very reasonable. Lunch $21.95 and Dinner $26.95. If you ordered ala carte, just what you see in the pictures would be more expensive.

They have dinner combos that give you large quantities at prices ranging from $8-18.

Hours: 11am - 2am.
Unagi - Hamachi - yellowtail - …
White Tuna, Amaebi, Toro
Ikura - Salmon roe with a quail egg

NOTE: the website has not updated the website. they have new rolls. this is their other location in the eastside of the strip.

i enjoy coming here. my mum loves eating here every time she visits. she loves the 4 different tempura rolls.

this is an all-u-can-eat sushi bar for $25.99 for an hour. it's comes with appetizers, sides, and dessert, all in one price.

they have an overwhelming list of rolls and sushi.

if you are lucky, JR is your sushi chef. i would recommend sitting at the bar if there are 2 of you.

i always order eel sushi, spider roll, yellow tail, and moon roll, which is yellow tail, salmon, avocado revise roll
dragon roll
moon roll
spider roll
smelt sushi with a quail egg

I love this tiny place!

Far away from the strip, but located in a strip mall, this is a veritable treasure in the city of sin.

Any time of day, for $25.95 per person, you can eat all you want - anything you want- on the menu. Though there is a sixty minute time limit, I have never been kicked out after an hour. However, after eating sushi for an hour you are done!

Especially after eating their deep fried or monster rolls, you won't have much room left.

I advise sitting at the sushi bar. You can tell the sushi chef directly what you want, you can have half orders of almost all the rolls, so you can sample a wide variety.

Here is a sample of what I ordered on my recent visit, just to give you an idea:

Dynamite (scallops baked with mushrooms and onion, a creamy mayo sauce, into a scallopshell) 5.25

Baked Green Mussels 5.95

Cajun Albacore Sushi(this is my favorite) 4.00

Salmon Sushi 3.50

Seared Tuna 4.00

Salmon Roe 3.75

1/2 order of Mingus Roll (deep fried spicy tuna, cream cheese, and avocado) 4.25

Pixie Roll (deep fried sot shell crab, spicy yum-yum shrimp and cucumber, avocade, wrapped with soybean paper and topped with smelt eggs) 10.75

J.J. Roll (crab stick tempura, cream cheese, avocado, asparagus, topped with eel sauce)

Of course I sampled my friend's dishes as well, and they were all delicious. Though only the sushi is all you can eat, there is still an extensive Japanase cuisine menu, from which to sample.

Drinks are not included in the all you can eat, but the desert is also included. I love the green tea ice cream and the plum sorbet.

Curious about the 50 rolls they have? Go to the website for their complete menu and photos and descriptions of all the rolls.
The Pixie Roll. It's huge!
The Mingus deep fried roll.
The Monster. yikes!

Looks great! Of course, if you're in for a MEGA feast, there's always Todai over near the Hard Rock Cafe!
