The place to eat in Savusavu...
A small restaurent sitting on the egde of the water. It is owne by an Indian lady whose husband is the chef at a big resort near by. He trains the cooks for the restaurent and that shows in the quality of the food:O) The small restaurent can seet 20-30 guests depending on the weather. Some of the seating is on a deck overlooking the bay and a small marina. One evening here will go a long way.
The first night(had dinner 3 times i 3 days:O)I had cremy paste with lobster in white wine and garlic... Mmmmmmm Nice...
And it was only FJ $20. The other days I tried different things on the menu, all good.
Like every where else in Savusavu time is not importen and it is nice just to be able to sit and enjoy the evening without feeling like you should get up and leave.
So if you ever get to the Surf and Turf have a seat, forget about time and enjoy life.
