Sunshine Hotel & Residences Pattaya

Go to Thailand it's a wonderful place. Everyone is friendly, it's clean and there's a great warm friendly atmosphere whereever you go... except for this hotel... My boyfriend and I went to Thailand for two weeks. We were going to stay in Bangkok through our holiday but then we were advised to go to Pattaya... which wasn't a bad advice. It's a nice place near the ocean. It was becoming our best holiday ever...until we decided to stay at this hotel for a night.

There were so many things I can complain about that I don't even know from where to start. Thai people were generally very friendly. However, in this hotel I've found the savagest employees ever. The room was disgusting... the sink and shower were dirty and the bin in the bathroom had changed colour with the dirt it had all over it!

In Pattaya the temperature was around 35-37degrees and the humidity was very high. The air condition in our room didn't work properly... it was worse than a regular fan! but it had the additional noises which wouldn't even let us sleep!

Anyways it was a pity we visited that hotel... it was our last night.... and our worst night in Thailand... Seriously don't go there maybe they will try to improve their service because apparently they're content with it. We contacted the Head Office of these Hotels, we don't want anything from them cos I wouldn't be caught alive in one of their hotels ever again but they didn't even confirm that they've received the email or anything and I'm sure I had the right address.
