Sundancer Backpackers Resort Fremantle Reviews
Wicked Place Jan 21, 2011
This hostel in Fremantle is a great place to stay if you’re new in town or if you’re staying for months and working in Perth. It’s in the middle of the action of Fremantle, within walking distance to everything and only about 3 blocks away from the bus station and train station. Coles is right down the road as well.
There’s computers to use free of charge, as well as a place to plug a lap top in if you have your own, and if you have a little extra cash there is also wifi available for purchase. There’s a massive kitchen, which never seems to be too busy and I haven’t had to wait any length of time to prepare a meal, and I’ve gone around peak meal making hours, the fridges are pretty packed full though.
The staff seems to be pretty nice, although I think they’re a little too much into socializing them selves then helping out sometimes. But to each their own.
The rooms are pretty average, but don’t seem to get too hot at night.
There are fans in every room, but no air conditioning so beware if you get hot easily.
The hostel is built in a really cool house too. I would recommend staying here for sure.
Today alone, I've seen the bathrooms cleaned three times, so that's always a good sign!
