Lovely terrace, terrible housekeeping Jun 05, 2008
The building is nice, cosy and very close to all main monuments (Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, etc.). The view from the terrace is terrific! But, boy, they really could work on cleaning a bit more. The bath mat was a collection of human hair (I shook it out of the window myself) and the floor/carpet was covered in dust and gunk. The bed had no top sheet, no pillow covers and just a flimsy, tiny cotton blanket that barely reached the edge of the mattress. Dust covered every surface available and was not removed even after I asked them to give the room a proper cleaning. On the up side, the breakfast buffet was nice and coffee/tea/biscuits were available at all times.
