I recommend the Studio B buffet at the M Resort with 2 thumbs up. We have eaten there many times and the food has always been the freshest in town. The Wynn was the best, freshest, for the longest time but no longer. The M's breakfast items for their brunch are limited. It is missing things I feel should be staples like crepes, eggs benedict, cheeses blitzes. But the rest of the food is great. Their seafood buffet is pretty great. Their oysters are wonderful. Crab legs stacked 2 feet high on peoples plates. Great selection of dishes from around the world. Virtually no detectible smoke from smokers:) Yeah. They do have a free wine and beer bar which is a novelty. Their desert and coffee bar is quite nice also. Oh, and yes the lines are sometimes a bit long.

BTW: we have also eaten at the Red Cup Cafe at the M. We enjoyed it very much.

Best Buffet in Town - Worth Every Penny Dec 03, 2010
CONS: Located Off-Strip near South Point; Buffet staff cannot control guests (i.e. guests who allow their children to literally run around the food area unsupervised)

PROS: Quality & variety of food; dining room decor & ambience; waitstaff was very attentive, friendly & extremely efficient.

Since seafood is offered and everything is fresh, the price per head for this buffet costs in the mid-$30 range (USD). With all the buffets I've eaten at in Las Vegas, this is the best one in the high-end range. (I've eaten as some pretty good cheap-eat buffets, but you get what you pay for.)
