I flew out of CO into Harrisburg about Thursday 18 Sept. 2003. I  visited Mom and other family members and we packed up to head to Eastern PA to go on our Fitness Rally.  I love going in the Fall to appreciate the Fall Foilage that New England and the North Eastern States of US have to offer.  We arrived on Saturday evening and got all unpacked and met up with some of our friends.  Sunday morning is when all the Fitness began.  We do yoga, intense hiking thru the trai…
