one week for the first time in central Africa, four safaris - un unforgettable experience! now I have the African sickness "mal d'Africa" and I must go back...
one week in Zanzibar, relaxing in a resort village, meeting nice friendly people from all over Italy, great snorkelling and, for the first time again,swimming with dolphins!

I had travelled from Dar Es Salaam by fast ferry to Zanzibar .The reality of Zanzibar did not match my expectations.
Hotels are grossly overpriced, excursions are very expensive , roads and other infrastructure not maintained. Lots of people trying to rip you off.
