Sticky Fingers Bakery Washington Reviews
Options for Vegans Apr 24, 2010
Sticky Fingers Bakery boasts the double accolades Best Vegan Restaurant and Best Vegan Dessert. Now I'm not a vegan (not even a vegetarian), so I can't compare this food to anywhere else. However, I can say that the bakery was very inviting and had a wide variety of foods.
You could order a meal or just dessert and then eat it over at tables by huge windows that let in lots of light. The bakery also offered free wi-fi. After eating and relaxing, don't forget to bus your own table, throwing away very little trash, thanks to the recycling bins. All items can also be bought to go. Other items can be ordered for events such as parties or meetings. The bakery will complete local deliveries; certain foods can be shipped to other states.
Meal options include quesadillas, hot wings and chicken nuggets (made from soy), pesto pasta, asian salad, stuffed baked potato, and lasagna. There are several pre-made sandwiches including egg salad, hummus wrap, and the TLT (tempah bacon, lettuce, tomato). Sides range from ordinary chips, yogurt and coleslaw to more exotic quinoa tabouli. Desserts focus on cupcakes in many flavors (almond creme, bunny huggers carrot, coconut delight, raspberry creme, red velvet, s'mores, tiramisu, and more) but they also offer muffins, brownies, and sticky buns.
While Sticky Fingers focuses on their food being vegan, they also offer nut-free and gluten-free options.
