Stella Copenhagen Reviews
A nice place on a nice street Jul 24, 2010
Stella is a nice café or bar situated in the cosy Kompagnistræde in Copenhagen. The street is well worth visiting as it runs parallel to the much more popular Strøget; here you will find loads of small cafés and restaurants and it is much more laid back that other places.
One of these cafés is Stella where you in the summer can sit outside and enjoy the people strolling by and if you are really lucky have the sun shine on you. The café has nice dishes if you are hungry but I prefer to use the place for a coffee or a drink.
The staffs are usually young, fresh and service minded; they have easy to a smile if you are in for a fresh remark. There drinks are quite well; I can recommend the fairly large Mojito (11 €) and the strawberry daiquiri (10 €), even though the last one can feel quiet heavy.
Thursdays and weekends the outdoor closes at midnight while the inside bar goes on for hours.
