WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! Aug 11, 2008
We were charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room when in fact we DID NOT smoke in there. We were traveling with our infant son and would NEVER smoke in the same room as him. When I disputed it with the front desk clerk and the owner, I was called a LIAR!! I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau and I urge fellow travelers to never frequent a Super 8 again! You just never know what kind of a charge you will incur!
