The place was great! I was there for a bachelorette party. The hotel staff was wonderful. 24 hour front desk is entirely true - at 4am, they were able to book my wake up call and a car to get me to the airport in the morning. The floorplan for the standard suite is great. I had a view of "downtown" London. Convenient location, in the middle of London's "nightlife", however, I didn't hear the noise outside at all, though I could see crowds of people outside.
We also had one of the largest suites and it was fantastic, the bar seated at least 4 people on stools and the furniture was very comfortable. The only thing to note is it's very much for business people on weekdays, but not on weekends. We were not the only bachelorette party in the building. Also, my room was not next to the elevator, but I was able to hear another group making their way down the opposite end of the hallway at one point. Overall, I felt very safe and secure. Parking was underground with easy access to an elevator. Very busy hotel. I would stay there again, provided somebody else was footing the bill :) |
