I know it's not quite 2010 yet, but I felt that I should start my blog now, perhaps chronicling my terrible adventure of preparing for my trip. I was just accepted (literally 5 hours ago) into the study abroad program at my school. I cannot wait for my trip :)Does anyone have any advice?

Staten Island wasn't our first choose for mooring up. To get anywhere most of us wanted to go, we had to take the train to the ferry to the subway - a 45 minute ordeal. After spending as much time at sea as we had, the scenic element of riding the ferry into Manhattan lacked something.
