“We're landing in Antarctica”. This is what a kid said behind me in the plane, as we started descending into the clouds, to land at Stanstead airport. It made me laugh.Slept very well on Monday night, for some reason!A great weekend away, with some great friends.

  The flight to Stansted was fine, and then we had to check in for the EasyJet flight! They did comment we were both over our baggage allowance, but thankfully didn't charge us because the flight was pretty quiet! But our problems weren't over... Work finished early enough for me to go back home and relax before walking back to the bus station, everything went smooth: bus to London and then another bus right way to the airport, checking-in...There was plenty of road traffc though, which made that the bus was a bit late but it was fine.I went through Security at Stansted airport, which was crowded like hell and they watched my bag and open it and so... that was a bit hell and when I left I forgot my sweater at the security desk! We had to leave really early this morning for our flight to Rome. We almost didn't make it though. The night before, the roads in Birmingham, England had iced over. I was driving my car down a windy road and didn't pay attention to the road conditions.
