Stairway Lodge and Restaurant Banaue Reviews
Apr 30, 2007
Like almost every lodge or inn, the restaurant is downstairs, and all the rooms are in the second floor. The family room (private toilet with hot shower) costs P1500/night, but since we checked out late we had to pay an additional 50%. Which was still fairly cheap, considering.
The restaurant had a wide selection of food to choose from. Typical Filipino dishes for lunch or dinner -- tinola, adobo, mechado, steamed fish, etc. and a combination of western and Filipino favorites for breakfast -- tapa, tocino, hotdog, omelette, etc. They prepare the food after you've ordered, so it's served really hot. The music at the restaurant was jukebox music, I don't really know if it's a plus or minus. Hehe.
