Great Belgian beer Sep 17, 2008
Had a great afternoon at this Belgian bar. They serve all the usual eclectic Belgian bottled beers, along with some great local beers.
The staff were super-friendly and amused us with their antics: forgetting people's tabs, disappearing and re-appearing through different doors and so on. The food looked great there as well, though had already eaten. If you've never tried Kwak before, then make sure you're prepared for the special glass.  Part of the Canada 2008 travel blog

Suites hotel. It didn't take too long to sniff out a decent bar - St. Veronus. It's a Belgian bar, serving up some great Belgian beers, along with quite a few local draughts. The staff are really funny and made for an entertaining afternoon.
