St. Mary's Church Bridgetown Reviews
Antiquarian History May 11, 2011
St Mary’s was consecrated on July 27, 1827 and is located in Bridgetown, Barbados. I spent several hours admiring St. Mary’s architecture as well as other significant points of interest within the church. From the Pulpit, that’s made from carved Barbados mahogany and was given as a gift to St. Mary’s in 1886, to the Lectern that dates back to 1833, all lend themselves to making my visit to this church an interesting afternoon. Let me not forget to mention the Tower Clock and the Bell Tower, both are also worth some viewing time.
