Superb way to see the coast of St Ives Bay May 30, 2011
We went on a daytrip to St Ives in Cornwall, and decided to go on a boat trip to The Carrack, locally known as Seal Island. There were lots of different boats to go on, but being adventurous we decided to go on the fast boat called Dolly P.

The trip down to seals took about 20mins, and we watched the seals play and relax on the rocks for about 15-20 mins. One came right up to the boat and posed for some terrific photos. We then took the 20min ride back to the harbour, taking in sites such as the famous Tate Gallery, and Porthmeor Beach as well as the rugged and beautiful coastline of Cornwall. We even overtook the other boats jumping through the waves at fantastic speeds.

Highly recommended, we paid £10 each and worth every penny, the seals were amazing, the scenery beautiful and the boat ride exhilarating!
