Their service stinks! Jul 01, 2007
The name Marriott meant great service and guaranteed great service to me. I now know that this is not the case. Springhill Suites by Marriott did not live up to the standards I have experienced in the past!

While this hotel has suitable physical facilities, they are extremely rude and offer no customer service.
