Winter season in Split. It is time to make up town. Riva is under great reconstruction. Everything is changing. The prime purpose is to relay the asphalt properly. Of course there will be new landscaping involved and a new surface. Reconstruction was completed in May 2007. Inside of Diocletian Palace, craftsmen change old water pipes.
