Having lived in Calvert County for over two years, I decided it was time to start visiting some of the local tourist sites.  First up: Annmarie Garden in Solomons in the deep south of the county.  The focus of this garden is not the beauty of flowers but of sculpture with most of the pieces on loan from the Hirshhorn Museum of the Smithsonian Institute in DC. Well, I really can't write about all these other places in the world without promoting MY fine state can I? Baltimore: "Charm City' is a secret gem of a place to visit, and to live.
