This is a 5 Star hotel, really luxury and amazing, impressive, spacious lobby, with many Rolls Royce waiting for me... he he he

But it's an old hotel, you can notice once you reach your floor, and your room, that don't means that it's bad, no no, but they need to renovate all the rooms.

The Toilet even was spacious have to rebuild specially, looks out of mode.

The area where it's located it's so so, a few street market and a subway (Skytrain) station at 5 minutes, but you're at 1 station from Chatuchak Market!!

The price is arround 4500THB(90 Euros)

I'm gonna be biased because I had a bad experience there. The amenities, food, bed, suite were by all means very good, as good as the rate we will have to pay, it's close to the train station and Chatuchak Market (1 station away I believe) but the front desk service... I was really dissapointed.

I went there on business for 3 nights stay. It was a last minute thing and my company was supposed to pay via wired transfer since I'm from Malaysia. Should be noted also that my company just sent 8 people to stay at the hotel just a couple of days before I arrived and payed for their stay the same way. On arrival they said my room (junior suite)was still not paid for and they proceed to take my THB7000 (from the THB9000 that i luckily brought along) and passport. I immediately called my officemate to settle this thing. By the next day my colleague called me to say everything is settled and I could get my money and passport back. Unortunately when I got back to the hotel, there was no communication between the hotel's Finance department and the front desk so I did not get my money until the final night I was there. By then I was sick and tired of humiliating myself at the front desk so I thought I would get it the next day when I check out. They did of course leave me a written message and called me saying I could get my money now but by then I was too tired to go down to them.

So then the next day when I checked out, one of the supervisor saw my room number and smirked and said something like 'oh, you!'. Obviously my stay at the hotel had inconvenienced them greatly. I went out of the hotel practically seething! I promised myself I would never ever step into that spaciously beautiful lobby of that hotel anymore!
