A five star beside the Danube for a little over €100 per night? Oct 27, 2009
Another winner via the Travbuddy Hotel Search engine. This five star has the lot, including magnificent views of the Chain Bridge by day but particularly lit by night.
The rack rate for the room was reputedly €465 without breakfast (€30 supplement) but I paid a little over €100, maybe €120 per night with breakfast included. Nice and quirky interior, a very decent breakfast for Eastern Europe and a really high standard of service generally. You can't ask for anything more with regards to location. And that's really what a city stay is all about. |
