So Hotel Christchurch Reviews
Great option for central accomodation Jul 01, 2009
This is a great hotel, modern, ecofriendly and central (right on Cashel St). They've made excellent use of their space, each room is like a little pod, but well planned and with lots of bells and whistles (including a refrigerator). Some rooms have windows and some don't, so if you're claustrophobic you may want to think twice, but you really don't notice. The restaurant is really good and has a full bar. Breakfast and lunch are reasonable. Dinner is a bit pricey but the food is excellent. There is a gym, sauna, laundry, communal kitchen with modern features, free wireless internet plus free computers for use in the lobby. Overall one of the very best hotels I've ever been to.

The man talks about the weather and grumpy… The longest day |

I'm now in Christchurch at a hotel that might put the Custom Hotel in L.A to shame. It's called Hotel So and is as trendy as Custom. My bathroom has Mood-lighting, it's currently set on heart mode (I suspect that might mean love). For 25 pounds (can't find… TranzAlpine and Christchurch |
