SnowWorld Zoetermeer Reviews
A Snowy World 365 days a year in the Netherlands Mar 22, 2009
With a few people of TB and CS we went snowboarding in this second biggest indoor snow center of the Netherlands.
365 days a year you can go skiing and boarding here. There are three slopes: for beginners, one 'fun park' and for experienced sporters.
You can bring your own gear or rent it all. Including clothes and gloves. There is also a possibility for lessons.
There is a big sports shop, a restaurant, a terrace, an apres-ski bar and fitness & wellness centre in the building. Facilities enough to spent here a whole day if you would like that.
You buy a ticket for 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. If you leave the slopes for a break, you're time stops. So going for a drink or lunch is not a problem. Time enough.
Prices for adults (kids are cheaper):
1 uur € 19,50
2 uur € 29,50
4 uur € 35,00
8 uur € 37,50
Ski's / Snowboard (1 en 2 uur) € 6,50
Shoes (1 en 2 uur) € 3,50
Ski's / Snowboard (4 en 8 uur) € 8,00
Shoes (4 en 8 uur) € 4,50
Helmet € 2,50
Clothes € 10,00
Just for a few hours it's a lot of fun hanging around here. If you wanna learn how to board/ski or develop your skills I advice to take a lesson before you actually go on holiday. If you are experienced you can do your own things. The slopes are not so long. Going down the slope, goes faster than going up with the pully lift.
SnowWorld Zotermeer is smaller than SnowWorld Landgraaf (south of the Netherlands). So if you like it bigger go to Landgraaf or Bottrop in Germany.
