 Poor Customer Service, Dirty Jan 29, 2009
I agree with the below reviewer who had terrible/non-existent customer service. I had a very similar experience at this same hotel.

Desk Clerk Needs Cust Service Training Jul 29, 2008
I was told that I must have had a bad day, because the clerk wanted to answer the phone rather than take care of me for check-in. I've stayed here every week for the past 2years and I can assure you I will never stay here again.
