Skytop Lodge Reviews
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Expensive, Luxurious Resort in Eastern PA. Sep 21, 2003
We arrived to this resort a day before the Fitness Rally was to begin and strolled the grounds. The swimming pool was indoor with a little door to the outdoor portion. The flowers were in full bloom even though it was the beginning of fall. The trails were lightly graveled and well marked around the resort. People actually live around the lake that the resort was near.
The fall foilage made it magnificant for wonderful photos. There were tennis courts, boating, running trails, picnic area for a big barbeque. Cottages are built for the workers so that they don't have to commute far away. A golf course is on the other side of the road. Inside the dining facility was excellent fare. Famous movie stars and such go here for a getaway. The Indian Falls was a nice little hike to get to but is part of the grounds. The amount of land that this resort is in is unbelievable. For a honeymoon, Special anniversary. I highly recommend Skytop Lodge! Part of the Skytop Lodge, PA - Fitness Rally 2003 travel blog |
