Skelletones and the Euclid : Open your ears to some new sounds Grand Rapids Reviews
Oct 05, 2006
If you find yourself bored to tears on a weeknight, why not head down to Skelletones and The Euclid on division.
Skelletones- an artsy venue for up and coming music artists. About 9 bucks for admission, depends on the concert. I have seen The Tide and Farewell Flight. Loud, a bit squished, but good. All ages welcome. Doors usually open at 7.
feel free to head upstairs to
The Euclid - a coffee shop that originally served as a small venue. Anberlin got their start here. They offer loads of good drinks and also sell Jones sodas. however, VERY SMOKEY. I smelled disgusting after having sat in there for 5 minutes.
Word to the LADIES: bring guys with you if you head to Division at night. It isn't the best area. While I have been there several times by day and have been fine, my friends and I were chased by drunk men when we left Skelletones at midnight...
just bring guys, and you're totally fine.
