Skate Night Würzburg Wuerzburg Reviews
Rollerblading in Würzburg's city center! Sep 18, 2011
Skate Nights are becoming more and more popular in Germany.
Those events usually take place in the center of bigger cities, where traffic will be blocked out for undisturbed rollerblading.
Würzburg is one of the cities having their own Skate Nights now.
By the way, Würzburg is one of the most beautiful places in Germany, so if you plan to travel Germany, don't forget to go there! It's easy to get there by train, because it's located directly at one of the major railroad connections, connecting Frankfurt/Munich/Berlin/Hamburg.
Oh, and don't forget to bring your Rollerblades!
Skate Night takes place a couple of times every year on a saturday evening. Check out their website at skate-night-wuerzburg.de for details and exact dates.
Start and finish is located opposite Enchiladas Bar, which is close to Würzburg town hall.
One round is about 4km, and there will be four rounds in total which takes about two hours to complete.
It's a really great experience and so much fun to blade with about 1000 like-minded skaters there!
Also, Würzburg usually has very high traffic density, so it's even more interesting to use the major roads there without any car! :)
This is definitely a must go event if you like rollerblading! :)
