Great place for a get away vacation .. however if your room is next to the beach, which I recommend, then you have a 18 minute walk to the front desk .. if you want to exercise, I liked to jog in the morning, you had to do so prior to 8am for after that it's just to hot to over exert yourself .. buffets were plentiful and well prepared along with chiefs cooking meat dishes .. also 2 special restaurants (Japan, Steak House, French Cuisine) coupons available per week, reservations 2 days prior required .. nightly entertainment at central plaza good fun with audience participants .. special notes: no internet access via personal laptop, must use $10 card with hotel PCs; most cell phone don't work, are blocked, must use $10 card for out-side of Cuba calls near front desk between 9am-6pm; and clocks are not accurate except for the one at front desk, use morning wake up call, don't bring alarm clock for even with conversion unit they'll be wrong.
