Large public park just north of the downtown area on the east side of the Rock River. The large outdoor amphitheater, the Sinnissippi Music Shell is the site of summer concerts, children's programs and other activities. During the December holiday season, the park hosts the Holiday Festival of Lights and in Febuary, the park is host to the Illinois Snow Sculpture competition.

The Music Shell is accessible.

A 9-hole municipal golf course is attached to the park and an extensive walking path, gardens, greenhouse and lagoon are opposite the park between N. 2nd St. and the river.
