Not so cheap, I asked for a quote for a double for two nights and the owner replied $110 – I thought that was great for two nights, however this was per night. I was a bit cheesed off, but my fault for assuming. The actual room was great, with en-suite and a TV. I made full use of the tea and chocolate (well you have to for $110 a night, right?). The owners will help with booking parachute jumps or whatever you're into. You have to do the Taupo Bungy jump – it's superb.
