Silver Falls State Park Overview

Silver falls State Park is more than 9,000 acres in size and has more than 25 miles of multiple-use trails for hiking, bike riding and horseback riding. The park is famous for its waterfalls. There are over ten waterfalls in the park of which six are 100 feet or more tall. Several of them have trails that lead you behind them

Silver Falls State Park is in Oregon just 25 miles from the town of Salem. The park is nestled up to the edge of the Cascade range and is in a beautiful, green douglass fir and hemlock tree forest.

The park has several campgrounds, a day-use lodge and visitor center to visit once you are there. There is a $3 entrance fee to the park.
