My wife and I have stayed at the Silver Cloud annually since 2000. The staff is wonderful, and the location is easy to get to from the Mercer Street exit. If you don't need to be in the heart of downtown, the Silver Cloud is a great place to sta...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Great breakfast and view Oct 20, 2005
I wish there were Silver Cloud hotels on the east coast! I loved the wonderful included breakfast. The view of the lake was fantastic. They had a free shuttle bus to take you all over the city. Service was fantastic and the room was lovely!read entire review at TravelPost.com
