The best point about this Hotel is its originality. Each floor has been decorated by a different author, so every floor is unique.
If you travel to Madrid very often, you can choose a different floor every time to discover the new little surprises they hide. But if you do not travel so often, you can use the elevator and make a visit to every floor! Although I recommend this Hotel, I have also found three bad points about it: - The bathroom gets a little flood when you take a shower. - The swimming pool is quite small. - The Hotel is not closed to any touristy hotspot. So, if you already know Madrid and just want to stay in the Hotel, this is a good option. If you want to see the city, forget it!  Part of the Madrid (Spain) travel blog

We stayed at this hotel our last night in Spain. We checked in at 2:30 PM and immediately began calling the front desk asking for assistance that the room was over 90 degrees F. They kept putting us off telling us that the problem was fixed and ...read entire review at TravelPost.com
