Overall this is a large scale ferry service going from Stockholm to Helsinki.
It is accommodation because its basically a one night cruise ship. The rooms were clean, we had a basic quad share. But entire ship is a cruiseship. Has many bars, places to eat and a dancing Elvis. It has a big night club and a full scale dancers and Band. Its an amazing thing to experience while sailing the Baltic Sea. We had an amazing buffet in the restaurant. All the staff were quite good. This ship is called the Love Boat because on Contiki trips there is lots of drinking and partying here. So its a recipe of good times. Please book your time here. We get to the port and boarded the Silja Serenade in mid-afternoon for our overnight voyage to
Helsinki. The ship is huge and has a casino. It is almost like a cruiseship with full entertainment. Even has an Elvis in the lobby area. Go for drinks prior to dinner then dinner… Stockholm, Baltic ferry May 2006 |
