We arrived to the island around 10:00 am. On our way it was raining almost all the time. We were little worried that it will also rain on Murter and we won't be able to go to the beach, but it turned out to be a sunny day :). We staied at small town called Jezera. After "moving in" into our temporary house, we quickly unpacked our bags, grabbed our bathingsuites and ran to the beach!

Today we headed to the beach today and suddenly the sky darkened, black clouds came streaming in overhead, thunder echoed off the mountains - Jugo! the cold wind from the south.   We found ourselved huddled under the foam beach mat being pelted by the largest raindrops I've ever seen and marble-sized hail.  It only lasted for 10 minutes but probably dropped a half an inch of cold rain.  Minutes later is cleared and was warm again. Our long journey was finally over.  We did our best to show up at Zvonka's parent's house unannounced, as a surprise...  One more series of busses and walking wouldn't hurt us, even though they could have picked us up.  They're the nicest, most generous friends.  I'd meant to spend a week with them, but we sort of got carried away traveling and only had a day.  I felt so bad, she'd converted her dad's workroom into a guest room for me to stay in, with a comfortable bed and nicely decorat…
