Bolshoy Gostiny Dvor is oldest and largest department store in City. It has a long tradition over 250 years.
In literary translation "Guests' Court" is a like Turkish bazaars. It contain a different independent shops and cafe bar. Construction of the building took over twenty years, from 1761 to 1785, by the vision of Jean-Baptiste Vallin de la Mothe.
On the first floor you can find caviar, souvenirs, shoes, music and cosmetics. On the second floor is various shops with clothes, designed boutiques, toys, and fur hats.
Working hours is from 10 pm till 10 am every day.
What to buy: Various products from postcards to cloths.

Passazh - Located opposite the Gostiny Dvor in the Nevsky Prospect, Passazh offers the largest selection of men's and women's apparel, antiques, tableware, cosmetics, sports goods, and household items. An excellent grocery store is located in the basement level
