The Albanian center of Scutari is dominated from a citadel strengthened that it goes up again to the XV century, or rather the period in which the Republic in Venice dominated the city. Currently Scutari is a productive and commercial center of discreet importance of north-western Albania. the city to the slopes of the fortress, is ugly, dirty and degraded. the lake is very beautiful and with good restaurants

Tirana from the north is figgin nuts. I mean so busy it blew my mind right out the window. Kampala, Uganda and the most congested cities i saw in Mexico didn't seem to touch the chaos and business of the North of Albania entering and exiting the captial city. If Tirana is the heart of Albania, then Shkoder (pronounced shkodra) is the lifeline of the north. Everything goes through this busy bustling city in the north. I live in London, I love the city more and more though being unemployed is rough. Let's just make this a general trendy life stylish blog with a note about as many borough and neighbourhood that I will manage to set foot in.
The blog won't follow a chronological order, so I will talk about the boroughs and then had my specific thoughts in between.
