Not friendly Staff Mar 28, 2008
I usually like staying in Sheraton's but this one dissapointed me. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated: clean rooms, amazing pool, close to the pyramids. However, the staff was VERY rude which made the whole stay unpleasant. Two big incidents occurred which lead to this review:
1) You are not allowed to order food in..even if the kitchen is close and there is nothing open around. For some reason the kitchen close very early and we ordered pizza and when it got there the staff turn it away without notifying us. 2) We made an online reservation under a special rate (stay three nights, get one free) but at the time of check out they didnt want to honor it. It took me an hour of speaking to the manager to finally get that last night off. Hopefully this was a one time thing.
