Overnight at LAX Oct 22, 2009
A flight delay resulted in an unplanned overnight stay at the Los Angeles International airport. Not being a fan of sleeping in airports, I went online and booked myself a room at the LAX Sheraton Hotel. The hotel shuttle van arrives outside baggage claim every 15-20 minutes. The Sheraton is directly across the street from LAX, so it's only a 5 minute trip. Check-in was fast, but then again it was at 12:30am!!
The room had two queen sized beds, desk, flat screen TV, and a few other things I probably didn't notice. The furniture was modern and in good shape. The bed was very comfortable. It was a good sized room but it had a fairly small bathroom. Complimentary toiletries are provided for the guests. I can't comment on the restaurant or the hotel amenities because I didn't use them. A great place to stay if travelling through Jun 29, 2007
Staff: competent & pleasant. Not really expensive. Rooms were very comfortable & clean. Good food on premises. An overall nice stay.read entire review at TravelPost.com
