My worst ever nightmare Jul 09, 2008
They broke my expensive (thousands) personal belonging, took no action hoping the matter simply grossing over without notice. I kept calling and politely asking for update and nothing happened. It is such a big hotel name yet such a horrible service. I did finally check out after a week of stay without receiving anything. Without the camera, my Alaska trip was ruined completely.
The hotel lobby was under construction in the summer high season. The restaurant food was a joke, tasted like a failed/cold microwave macaroni (I paid ~$30 for that). The counter-top of the bathroom had a cracked hole with things exposed. To summarize, this is the worst ever hotel I have ever stayed, throughout the world. |
