Sheraton Cavalier Hotel Calgary

I stayed at the Sheraton Cavalier in Calgary, Alberta for two nights. I was in Calgary for a Canadian Geotechnical Society mini conference/training seminar.

The hotel is located very close to Calgary International Airport. Getting to the hotel from the airport takes no effort because there are free shuttles running back and forth every 20 to 30 minutes during the day. This saves the cost of getting a taxi, even if it is only a short trip.

Since it is a Sheraton Hotel, it must meet high quality standards. I was not disappointed. The room was impeccable and the bed was very comfortable. I got a good nights sleep, got up, had breakfast, and walked down the street to where the conference was being held. The room also had high-speed internet access, so staying in touch was easy.

I left the following day, but not before trying out the room service menu. The selection available and the food quality was another high point of my stay at the Sheraton Cavalier.

I'd surely recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in Calgary, Alberta.
