Sheraton Casablanca Hotels and Towers

I've stayed here twice, so this review will be based on this. The staff are accommodating, willing to extend an extra effort to help you. Few minutes walk to the souks and Mcdonalds and KFC =) The hotel is not new, it is very obvious because of the old looking rooms and bathrooms. The first time I stayed here, there was no hot water in the bathroom for a couple of hours when we arrived. No explanation was given, they were just telling us that it is being fixed (it lasted for a couple of hoursss). I am very sensitive to dust, and it so happened that both times I stayed in this hotel I keep sneezing everytime I'm in my room .. The reason? I really don't know but in any other hotel room, I don't experience it.. There's something wrong with their airconditioning as well. The room doesn't really gets cold, no matter how you adjust the temperature and no matter how many times you complained (my colleague who stayed in this hotel the same time I did noticed it too). Not really impressed at all, I have to double check if this is really a "Sheraton" hotel.
