Most people of Indian origin who have settled abroad would like to know how they can travel to temples of dieties or saints whom they revere and follow. Among the various saints of Maharshtra , the most popular are ; Shree Swami Samartha ( Akkalkot) , Shree Sai Baba ( Shirdi) and Shree Gajanan Maharaj of Shegaon.

Shegaon is the home town of the maharashtrian saint Gajanan Maharaj. The temple is one of the most well-kept i have seen in a long time. They have also put together a garden called Anand Sagar entirely out of volunteer work.
