lovely Marriott Mar 29, 2008
Went to Sharm with a friend in february 2007. travelled with thomas Cook. ( Rachel our Rep was so helpful and friendly.)What an amazing Hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you, always asking if you were okay or if you needed anything. The room was large with two double beds and a great balcony. The food at the hotel was buffet style and repetitive much better value to go along to Naama Bay.. just across the ( busy and lethal) two lane road from the Beach side marriott, where you could walk along to the resort of Naama Bay. Naama bay was bustling and the shop keepers and sellers a bit irritating at times trying to get you to spend!!. But it was good, plenty bars and places to eat. Went on an excursion to cairo from sharm by plane, (cost about £120) which was great but tyring. Flew out at 6am, met by local tour guide and egyptologist for the rest of the trip. Visited the museum of antiquities, lasted 3 hrs, then the magnificent pyramids, which were a total experience, very much enjoyed. Papyrus factory was good but there was a dubious man hanging around at the ladies toilet there.. bizarre.. avoid him.. Also went on boat trip to Ras Mohammed National Park. Very beautiful and a lovely day out. Weather in february was comfortable and we both got a lovely tan.

amazing hotel , v clean and high standards , slightly confusing with regards to hotels own resteraunts and ways to pay as we wre staying on the mountain side,
Crossing roads between mountain and beach side was an experience with regards to traffic, Took boat trip from hotel to local water park which was amazing and chance to dive which i had never done before , guides very patient as i was v scared of jellf fish to start. flew to ciaro would never had done all bus as even that day was so tiring but o boy what an amazing experience. was in egypt for valentines day with my good friend and we had the most relaxing day sunbathing , reading , eating. |

This awesome hotel is located right next to the boardwalk at Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. This town is located on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, bordering the Red Sea. It is known for its great beaches and nightlife.
This hotel is pretty big, and contains many large, comfortable rooms. All come equipped with modern bathrooms and very nice beds. The hotel also features many fantastic pools, and great restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of food, too! The Marriott is one of the many hotels that line a long boardwalk. The awesome beach is nearby, and has nice, turquoise water. You can snorkel, scuba-dive, even go on a boat to see the coral reefs if you don't like to get down there. Travelers can also go on four-tracks in the nearby desert; it's awesome! The best part of the hotel is of its proximity to the major nightlife venues. There's a cool Hard Rock Cafe to visit, plus many local bars and amazing restaurants. This hotel is fantastic, and is one of the most traveler-friendly in Sharm el Sheikh!
The pool at the Sharm el Sheikh …
